The software is designed to automate printing and PDF output processes. As with most automation solutions, users of BatchOutput Office simply need to select the files for conversion or printing, adjust a few settings and the software should handle the rest. This ‘set and forget’ model allows users to set the software to process a large batch of files overnight for a morning pick-up.
