9/11 Report ‘best seller’ lacks PDF navigation

The recently published ‘9/11 Report’ is a 585-page document detailing the investigation of the 2001 terrorist attacks in the United States. Being sold at major book stores, it’s also freely available online in PDF. However, the downloadable version fails to take advantage of the format’s navigational capabilities — i.e. bookmarks, interactive index, etc. — that could have made the PDF version much easier to read or browse. We’ve created and posted an improved version.
