Foxit PDF IFilter 2.1 released: improves speed, stability

Foxit has announced a maintenance release of its IFilter product. According to the company, Foxit PDF IFilter has been designed to capitalize on the strengths of multi-core server architectures to maximize the speed of PDF indexing and text searching.

The latest version of the software addresses a pair of major bugs found in the previous release.
