OK, so you’re done creating your PDF document and have it looking just the way you want, but you want to send it off for a second opinion, or perhaps you need someone to sign-off on it. Never fear, sending PDF documents via email is a piece of cake in Acrobat 7.
- Open the PDF document that you wish to email.
- Select File > Email…
- Complete your email message and send.
Any comments, attachments or links are embedded in the document and will travel with it, ensuring a faithful reproduction of your PDF document on the other end. Simple, huh?
