Creating web links in Acrobat

Given the ease with which online content can be updated, linking to web pages from within PDF documents can be a great way to provide access to the most up-to-date information. It’s easy to do, too. This tip explains how.

  1. Select the Link Tool (Tools > Link Tool).
  2. Drag the mouse over the appropriate area of the page to create your link.
  3. Choose Link Action > Open a web page.
  4. Enter the web address (e.g. ‘http://www.planetpdf.com/’) and click OK.

You’re done! Simple, huh?
