In June, Adobe released Acrobat 9 and also made available within that release to its Windows-based users the option of joining the Adobe Product Improvement Program.
The program is opt-in based and users can elect to join the program or not. Adobe’s Lori DeFurio on her blog noted, ‘APIP is an opportunity for you to help us improve Acrobat, in similar fashion to the product improvement programs run by others in our industry — like those from Microsoft, Google and Intuit.’
No personal information is collected through the site and users can participate 100% anonymously.

To participate in the program follow these directions:
- Launch your Adobe product.
- Choose Help > Improvement Program Options.
- Select the Yes option in the dialog box that appears, and then click OK.
