Adobe adds PDF tool to LifeCycle

Ok, if you can afford the LiveCycle Enterprise Suite, which starts at US$50,000, then you’ll be glad to hear that Adobe has widened the software program (per its announcement on Monday) to enable users to create Form Guides and flash-based graphics so users can more easily utilize and incorporate online PDF content.

According to an article in Network World, the company said it plans to ship the free plug-in called Guide Builder for the Live Cycle Designer Suite. Brian Wick, Adobe’s group and product marketing manager was quoted as saying, ‘These dynamic forms could be especially useful for applications outside the firewall.’

Wick said Guide Builder creates a front-end application and a form that can be digitally signed, according to the Network World article.
